Rob Dorinson (second from right) is afflicted with ALS. He and his family and friends helped make the 2011 and 2012 Walk n’ Roll/5K Run for ALS of Nevada successful. One of his goals is to make sure that ALS of Nevada continues to raise enough money to become self-sustaining. He knows how important ALS of Nevada’s services are to patients, caregivers and families.
Given the progressive nature of the disease and the differences in how it attacks each patient, he understands just how important the free clinics are in Las Vegas and Reno. Whether the patient is affected in their limbs or their speech, the multi-disciplinary medical team can help treat them. Please take a moment to check out this article about Rob in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
